With The Broadmoor, there are no long-term commitments or expensive down payments. Plus, moving in is easier than ever, as all of our rooms and suites come fully or partially furnished, including a small fridge. If you’d like to decorate with your own pieces, be our guest! We also accept small animals!
Just as you would at an apartment complex, you’ll make easy, monthly payments and you’re free to leave at any time. You’re also protected by San Francisco's rent control ordinance during your stay. You can even receive additional care and assistance as needed, rather than paying for medical care or other services you might not even need.
